Shipping Policy

We ship throughout the whole of South Africa for a flat rate of R100 for orders under R3000.

For all orders R3000 and more – shipping is free of charge.

Insurance is offered and calculated at checkout as 5% of the total order value for the customers own account. Should the customer decide not to take the optional insurance, Christie Blaauw Aesthetics takes no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, wrongful delivery,  theft or hijacking of the parcel once handed over to a third party (courier) for delivery.

We are proud to be offering international shipping as part of our services to you. However, international shipping fees will be quoted by us (Christie Blaauw Aesthetics) upon request.

Please select the international shipping option at checkout and we will be in contact to get all the details in order to quote you accurately and separately from your order.

Please give through all shipping info and contact numbers carefully and accurately. In the event that a customer misses the delivery, or did not personally make an arrangement  with the courier company for an alternative delivery date and time, the extra shipping costs to dispatch your parcel again will be for the customers own account.

Shipping Times:

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. However, due to the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on all businesses and imports there will be longer waiting periods on orders that usual.

Our lead time for orders containing national brands is up to 7 working days from receipt of order, and up to 14 working days for international brands from receipt of order.

Should your parcel contain both national and international brands, your order lead time will be 14 working days from receipt of order.

Tracking:

Tracking info will be sent out to you as soon as your order is dispatched from our clinic to enable you to track your own parcel.

Please ONLY contact us in the event that you have not received your parcel within the set out lead times, as mentioned above.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of all our products being sold, we are unable by law to accept or process any returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

We have extra quality control measures in place to inspect every single parcel thoroughly before it leaves our premises.
